M I S T reads natively any type of file, without previous transcoding, allowing a smooth and immediate control of your dailies, whatever their source is. You are able to review and approve your material at all industry standards, thanks to the support of SDI and DVI outputs. Blanking tools available in M I S T brings to dailies presentations a final content feel, with the correct aspect ratio displayed and the audio if existing.

BE FLEXIBLE AND VERSATILE

M I S T has a versioning mode, allowing memorizing up to 8 different color grades per clip, instantly retrievable. The batch convert feature allows rendering in the same time of multiple data formats (DPX, QuickTime or MXF files, etc).

GRADE FAST AND GAIN TIME

As a virtual telecine, M I S T can create scene-by-scene or Best Light transfers, using its wide array of primary grading tools. The Grade Library offers useful features for storing and immediately recalling grades, with access to every existing project: color decisions of previous shooting days or previous seasons in a TV series can be applied on the fly in a copy/paste manner, saving a lot of time.

ON-SET DAILIES

M I S T is available as a specific turn-key version for on-set and near-set dailies review and storage. With extended ingest capabilities and disk capacity M I S T offers an answer to any "from on-set to post-house" continuity challenge.

USE THE SAME WORKFLOW

M I S T natively plays back in real time the stereoscopic files, with no import, whatever the source is and whether the viewing devices are 3D enabled or not.
M I S T interface displays in a clear way the left eye and the right eye clips, in different modes (anaglyph, side-by-side, interlaced or mesh).

SUCCESSFUL CONFORMING. ALWAYS.

The conforming process in 3D is transparent for the user, and is automatically performed from a single EDL referring to both eyes, or from 2 EDLs. You can face any offline editing situation.

STEREOSCOPIC DAILIES SILKY PROCESS

The Pan, Scan and Mirroring functionalities allow a maximum of flexibility whatever the camera rig configuration was used. Primary Grading can be applied either on the Left, Right or both eyes, and can be easily compared (per eye, dissolved, etc), memorized and recalled.
Automatic color balance allows the immediate correction of the difference of luminance in the cameras, and Convergence settings permit the management of the depth.

BOTH SINGLE LINK AND DUAL LINK SUPPORT

M I S T outputs stereoscopic files in both dual link and single link modes: there is no need to buy extra expensive stereo processor, and delivery can be adjusted for Cinema projection or Home TV content very easily.

STEREO RENDERING

M I S T is able to render stereoscopic files side-by-side, allowing a quick review of the result in a QuickTime in YouTube, or in separated files.
