SyncTime Mode
The SyncTime mode in O C E A N is used for film to tape transfers: the position of the telecine and the VTR are automatically synchronized, allowing a frame accurate transfer.
Reference images
Everytime you store the grade presets in the GradeLibrary, the current frame is also stored as a reference frame to be used later.
This reference frame can be retrieved in the comparator while working on other shots, in order to help you match the grades.
In addition, external images, such as reference stills provided by the DoP can be easily loaded in the comparator,
from the system or the library, via the simple Lift, Carry and Drop paradigm.
SnapShot capture
Export Snapshot images in DPX, TIFF, TARGA, Cineon or BMP. This is an ideal tool for sending reference images to the DoP's IPad...
After the Rain...
Initially released for theaters only, this commercial was shot with multiple cameras: RED One, RED Epic and Sony F3 were used to create a special atmosphere to underline the luxury and wellness of this Spa, one of the largest in continental Europe. Conforming and color grading with R A I N.
